How Zephro AI collects, uses, and protects personal information. Last revised 16 September 2026.
Zephro AI is the trading name of Zephro Technologies (Pvt) Ltd, headquartered in Karachi, Pakistan, with an Africa regional office in Kigali, Rwanda. This policy explains what personal information we collect through zephroai.com and in the course of our work, why we collect it, and the choices you have. Questions go to hello@zephroai.com.
When you contact us or book a call, we collect what you give us: your name, work email, organisation, location, phone number if provided, and the content of your message. When you use the site, our hosting and embedded tools record standard technical information such as IP address, browser type, pages visited, and the time zone you submit a form from.
To reply to your enquiry and hold the call you booked. To scope and deliver work you have asked us to do. To keep our records of who we have spoken to and what was agreed. To understand how the site is used so we can improve it. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Our contact form and booking calendar are provided by LeadConnector (GoHighLevel), which stores submissions on our behalf. Fonts are served by Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when the page loads. Each provider processes data under its own privacy terms; we choose providers that offer contractual data-protection commitments.
The site itself sets no tracking cookies. The embedded form and calendar may set functional cookies needed to remember your entries and complete a booking. We do not run advertising or cross-site tracking.
Our team works from Pakistan and Rwanda, and the tools above host data in the regions they operate from, which may include the United States and the European Union. Where we transfer personal information across borders, we rely on the provider's contractual safeguards.
Enquiries and booking records are kept for as long as we have a reason to follow up, and in any case no longer than 24 months after our last contact, unless you become a client, in which case client records are kept for the duration of the engagement and the period required by law and our contracts.
You can ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. You can withdraw consent to marketing at any time; we send none by default. Rwanda's Law No. 058/2021 on the protection of personal data and privacy, Pakistan's applicable data-protection rules, and, for visitors in the European Union, the GDPR each give you rights of this kind. Access to enquiry and client data is limited to the people who need it for the work. We use access controls, encryption in transit, and reputable providers. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects you, we will tell you and the relevant authority as the law requires.
We update this policy when our practices change. The date below tells you when it was last revised. Material changes will be flagged on this page.
