How do you price?

Fixed scope, fixed price, agreed before build. Discovery is a short paid engagement; it ends with a go / no-go you can take elsewhere.

Do you work outside Africa and Asia?

Yes. Karachi and Kigali are where the team sits; clients are wherever the work is. Most engagements run remotely with on-site time at discovery and launch.

How soon can you start?

Discovery usually starts within two to three weeks of agreeing to proceed. Build follows straight on, so first deployment is typically six weeks from kick-off.

What if we already have an IT team or vendor?

Good. We work alongside them, hand over cleanly, and are happy to be the second opinion on a project that's drifting.
