About

A technology partner,
not a vendor.

Zephro AI is the trading name of Zephro Technologies (Pvt) Ltd: a focused team of engineers, consultants, and operators who take on a handful of projects at a time, so every one is delivered by the people who scoped it.

Who we are

We work where technology meets the daily routine.

The invoices that take a team nine hours a day, the customer questions that never stop, the systems that don't talk to each other. We fix those with the right mix of AI, software, and plain good engineering, and then we stay until it is running without us.

Vision

Organisations across Africa and Asia running on intelligent systems as reliable as electricity, built locally to a global standard.

Mission

To design, build, and operate AI and software that takes real work off people's plates, in fixed scope, with senior people, and with support that lasts.

What we stand for

Most technology projects end at the demo. Ours end when the work is done without us.

Built to runSuccess is what is still working a year after launch, not the demo.
Plain languageNo jargon in a proposal, no surprises on an invoice.
Senior peopleEvery project is delivered by the people who scoped it.
Two continents, one standardThe same engineering discipline in Karachi and Kigali, for every client.

From the founder

Why Zephro exists.

A note from Nasir Rajani, founder of Zephro AI.

I started Zephro because of a pattern I kept seeing: organisations that had already bought technology, and were still doing the work by hand.

The software was installed. The licence was paid. And every morning someone opened a spreadsheet, retyped what the system should have known, and chased what the system should have caught. The gap was never the technology. It was that nobody stayed long enough to make it fit the way people actually work.

That gap is our whole business. We look at the real operation first, not the product catalogue. We agree what we are building and what it will cost before we write a line of code. We bring senior people who stay with the project from scoping to the day it runs without us, and we keep watching it after that.

We chose to build Zephro across two cities on purpose. Karachi gives us engineering depth and a team that has shipped software for years. Kigali puts us in the room with the organisations shaping how Africa works, at exactly the moment AI is making that work possible in new ways. Same team, same standard, wherever the client is.

If you have a process that eats your team's week, or a system that was supposed to fix that and didn't, we would like to look at it with you. We will tell you plainly whether AI belongs there, what it would take, and what it would cost. Then, if it makes sense, we will build it, and stay until it is boring.
